Shoaib Akhtar Speed Star Pakistan National Cricket team bio, Shoaib Akhtar is not only the fastest bowler of Pakistan cricket team but also of the world. He belongs to the Gujar community. Born on August 13, 1975, in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, the bowler is also known as "Rawalpindi Express". He is the only cricketer to have bowled twice at 100 miles per hour (100).

But he has often been dropped from the team due to controversy. He was accused of using illicit drugs in 2006 and was banned from playing cricket, which was later lifted. 

Then in December 2007, he was dropped from the team due to a quarrel with Muhammad Asif. His bowling action has been also questioned several times.

Shoaib Akhtar was born in Morga, a small town near Rawalpindi. Her father worked at the Attock Oil Refinery. He started walking at the age of four because of his flat feet.
