The mega event will be played in Oman and the United Arab Emirates from October 17 to November 14.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the groups for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2021 to be hosted by the Indian Cricket Board in Oman and the United Arab Emirates from October 17 to November 14.

Group 2 will also include former world champions India and Pakistan, New Zealand, Afghanistan and two other teams qualifying from Round 1. 

ICC T20 World Cup | The eight teams will face automatic qualifiers Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in the first round. Ireland, the Netherlands and Namibia, who have qualified for the 2019 World Cup, will join Sri Lanka in Group A, while Oman, Papua New Guinea and Scotland will face Bangladesh in Group B.
