England all-rounder Moeen Ali has decided to retire from Test cricket. According to the news agency, Moeen Ali, 34, has informed the team's head coach Chris Silverwood and captain Joe Root about his decision to retire. 

According to the report, Moeen Ali will now continue only white ball cricket and franchise cricket.

Moeen Ali has represented England in 64 Test matches, scoring 2914 runs at an average of 28.29, including 5 centuries and 14 half-centuries, while also taking 195 wickets at an average of 36.66. 

Moeen Ali has also represented his country in 112 one-day internationals and 38 T20s.
