Wicketkeeper-batsmen have scored 13 fifty-plus scores so far this year, Babar has scored 12 fifties-plus scores.

Pakistan Cricket News | Pakistani wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan scored another half-century in T20 cricket. Representing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the National T20 Cup, Rizwan played a 65-run innings off 40 balls against Central Punjab which included seven fours and a six. 

This was Rizwan's 12th half-century in T20 in 2021 and his 13th fifty-plus score in the calendar year.

Pakistan Cricket News | No other player in the world has more fifty plus scores than Mohammad Rizwan in T20 in 2021. Pakistani captain Babar Azam has scored 12 fifty-plus scores so far this year, including 11 half-centuries and one century. 

Mohammad Rizwan tops the list of players with the highest 50+ scores in T20 in 2021 with 13 fifty plus scores in 27 innings, Babar Azam is second with 12 fifty plus scores in 25 innings, Devon Conway of New Zealand in 28 innings. 

Pakistan Cricket News | Finn Allen is third with 10 Fifty Plus scores, Finn Allen is fourth with 10 Fifty Plus scores in 36 innings and Proteas wicketkeeper-batsman Quentin de Kock is fifth with 9 Fifty Plus scores in 26 innings.

Rizwan is also the highest run scorer in T20 in 2021. He has scored 1317 runs in 27 innings in a calendar year with an average of 65.85 and a strike rate of 136.05. 

Pakistan Cricket News | He is followed by Kiwi batsman Glenn Phillips in 2021 with 1263 runs at an average of 36.08 in 45 innings. Muhammad Rizwan, 29, is also the highest run scorer in T20 cricket in the current calendar year.

He has scored 752 runs in 14 innings with an amazing average of 94 and a strike rate of 140.03. Rizwan has already set the record for most T20I runs in a calendar year, surpassing Paul Sterling who scored 748 in 2019, with a record of 1,000 T20I runs in a single year has a golden opportunity to become the first batsman.
